What LegalMatch has done this COVID-19 pandemic is that it has allowed us to focus on expanding on some particular practice areas. While some of our other practice areas have either been on hold or had slowed, it has been a welcome addition to our business processes for identifying particular referrals and then cultivating those clients.

I would say that if you want to turn leads into paying clients, be diligent about responding to leads that you feel would be a potential client and a potential case in your particular practice area. That is a matter of being diligent and reviewing the leads, and the lead referral system.
The response process is very easy and very user-friendly, but when that potential client posts a legal need, they have that on their mind that they are looking to see a response. It's been my experience that by responding quickly, it's impressive to the client and there's a likelihood that they'll hire you because of being diligent.
