LegalMatch offers valuable tips. With the templates feature, if you word them properly, you can give the clients an idea of who you are and what your practice is about. A quick response time is vital as well. You don't want to wait two or three days because somebody else will be obviously reaching out to them. But even if someone else is speaking to the clients, if they're really looking for a good match, I would say the templates will play a big role in their decision on which lawyer to engage.
I haven't really used any other lead generation platforms, but have worked in offices that have used other platforms. I don't think you get the support that you get from LegalMatch from other platforms. With LegalMatch, I get phone calls all the time about how I am doing. They congratulate me when I sign up a new client. I don't think you really get that with other websites, because they just throw everybody into the same pool and you're on your own.

The LegalMatch interface is very well designed. It's very easy to see what the clients want and what their problems are. This makes it easy to address them directly and in a more personal way. That’s part of the ease of using the system. I also use the mobile app. All in all, LegalMatch has made my practice much more profitable.
Prior to the pandemic, my membership almost tripled my practice, and my practice has continued strong even through the pandemic. Sometimes, I'll sign somebody up for one case or they'll have other things they also need assistance with beyond what they initially signed up for. LegalMatch positively impacted my practice even with this pandemic despite the slowdown in business, since I was able to get leads and some work out of my subscription.
On a weekly basis, I'd say I get a good 25 leads. I wind up having a consultation with at least half of them, if not more depending on how responsive I can be. On average I'd say I can get up to five new clients a week. Some are relatively minor matters and then some are major cases.

I guess it's intended for the clients researching their case but I get some guidance for myself as well.
I'm working on getting my firm’s website up to speed, but even without the website, LegalMatch has greatly benefited my practice. I imagine that the sky's the limit once I get my website underway. For all of the above reasons, I would highly recommend LegalMatch to anybody.
