I like that there's plenty of leads coming through LegalMatch, at least 10 times a day. I mean, they're non-stop so I'm happy with that. I guess all clients are welcomed, so if we get new clients from LegalMatch, then we're happy. We have new clients coming in during COVID. We cater to all clients from LegalMatch or any other referral source for that matter. We get leads everyday. I mean, if we had more than one attorney, we could probably be doing a lot more, but it's just him and I can only take so many new clients to assist.
I like how LegalMatch helps organize our client connections and it allows me to track their messages. I can go back in and see who I haven't responded to, who I need to follow up on leads that are still open. It's nice. It's pretty much everything and easy to access. Even if there are so many referrals coming our way, we couldn’t take all of them. Every couple of hours I get more and more clients that we can work with, unless we hire somebody else. Right now, we’re getting more than enough than we can handle. New lawyers who are signing up with LegalMatch should be prepared because you're going to get a lot of referrals.
