I think internet marketing is very important these days. It's certainly the way to go right now, not just the future. Having things like a website for people to look at you on the internet is important. I would say be accessible, have an open mind about speaking with and getting back to people right away. Listen to what they have to say.
Sometimes a lead will write down what their problem is on the internet, but perhaps that didn't translate accurately to what they really need. You have to speak with them and keep an open mind and listen to them. And maybe what they actually need help with is a little bit different than what they wrote.
